Banner Solutions has announced its acquisition of the wholesale division of Builders’ Hardware & Supply Company based in Seattle, Washington.

By acquiring the Pacific Northwest‘s leader in locks and hardware, Banner Solutions strengthens it’s position as the nation’s premier wholesale distributor, while growing an already industry-leading residential product offering. Merging Builders’ Hardware’s wholesale customers and product offering into the Banner Solutions platform will enable a greater level of service in a growing market.

This acquisition marks Banner Solutions’ sixth as a platform, and first under Tailwind Capital
