Mary Schwandt, Project Manager at ACHA Construction, has leveled up at every level since starting her career in construction and encourages other women to do so as well taking her experience to the stage for attendees of IGNITE.
"There' are young women that are going to come in to the industry from from high school and college and they need someone to say, 'if you do this, and you stick through, you will one day have a job that you really appreciate and really enjoy but you have to have someone in the industry that says, you can do it, it's possible," Schwandt says.
