LiuGong Machinery Corp., a global construction equipment manufacturer based in Liuzhou, China, finalized its acquisition of HSW (Huta Stalowa Wola) and its distribution subsidiary, Dressta Co, early in 2012. LiuGong says it will continue to market HSW's products under the Dressta brand. Dressta, formally International Harvester and then Dresser, was until 2005 a joint venture of Komatsu America and Huta Stalowa Wola (HSW), Poland. In 2005, the Komatsu interest in the joint venture was secured and Komatsu was removed from the ownership relationship.
