The BOSS Industries offers the BOSSAIR 185G package for supporting tools and equipment on construction sites. The product features the BOSS BCAN Digital Interface, which uses the J1939 electronic connection in vehicles to communicate between the vehicle and air compressor and power systems.
The BOSS BCAN can also add other functionality to a vehicle such as hydraulics, cranes and other power related components. Additionally, the latest version of the BOSS Air end is equipped with axial discharge instead of a traditional radial discharge, creating 3 to 4 in. of ground clearance for challenging jobsites. Adding a new low profile 10-in. separator tank (185 cfm and under systems) increases ground clearance.
The company's compressor and generator designs have been integrated into a one-piece application producing up to 10 kW of A/C power. No need for a separate gearbox and additional maintenance concerns, as the compressor and generator mount together in the same casting. To help facilitate the installation process, the air and oil manifolds are now separated into two smaller manifolds for versatile placement.

The air manifold has three different configurations. The oil manifold also has multiple mounting configurations. The compressor mounting foot supports oil flow and hose routing.
A new bracket system for mounting the compressor and the air oil manifolds allows for the flexibility of “no-drilling mounting” on most applications. A “spin-on” filter design minimizes service time.
